Add an option to easily copy languages configuration to other projects.

It would be neat if we could add a flag when exporting to pull translations not from the editor stage but "latest" or "production" as this would allow to export e.g. the translations in a production stage as .properties for Java etc.

Add support for Apple 'substitution' type in XC String file format.

Currently every array element is treated as a separate translation key, changing the order as well as adding new elements. The goal of this ticket is to provide a better UI for managing arrays.

Review the changes between editor and latest like you can do between latest and production would be great.
