Show who last edited a translation

In the web interface I can see when a translation was updated but I want to see who updated it so I can follow up with that person if there is an issue.
Similarly, if I see the last person who updated a translation is more senior than me I might check with them before changing a translation

For now, the translation history can be checked via the "History" option available for each translation. If a user can be associated with a change, it will be visible there.
