I would greatly appreciate this improvement! For me the most relevant actions would be: Copy translation, Quality issues and History.

In addition, it would make sense to have the action "Insert base translation". This would allow users to more easily take over the base translation as a starting point and adjust it. This is especially the case if the user does not have edit rights on the base translation but only on the customer translation.
