Apple Silicon (M1, M2) support for CLI

When trying to run the CLI I get "zsh: bad CPU type in executable: simplelocalize". Everything else in my development environment works without Rosetta, including custom CLI executables for other hosted services. It would be really nice to be able to run simplelocalize natively!

Just pitching in, me and my team have been using the CLI on M1 Macs for a while now without any problems, this might be an isolated issue
