Add support to extract default values via SimpleLocalize CLI

Since there is a support for react i18next library, this CLI app does not support default values for keys. This is a default behaviour of the library, since I am a bit confused why it's not supported here. Extraction works, but only keys are uploaded.

Hey! Keys extraction was the initial intention of this method, that is why there is no support for default values at current state. Adding support for extracting additional default translations for i18next will require some more work, but this is defently something what could be added in the future.
